W-2 Reprints
Quickly access and print your W-2 information.
CoAdvantage Customers:
To Retrieve or Reprint your 2017 W-2 on CoAd360:
- Log into www.coad360.com
- Click the $ My Pay tab
- Choose the My Payroll Tools option
- Click the Pay tab
- Choose W-2 Reprint
To Retrieve or Reprint your 2017 W-2 on eprintview:
- Go to: www.eprintview.com
- Enter your Login ID: Your Login ID is your SSN without any dashes.
- Enter your Password: Your password is COAD- , the last 4 digits of your SSN and the first letter of your first name, capitalized. Example: COAD-6789J
- Enter your Employer PIN Number: 7H3Q
- Click Login: You will be required to change your password upon the initial login (If you have already logged in, use the password you previously selected.) Follow the instructions on the screen and fill in the information requested.
- Click the W-2 Reissue link on the My Account page.
- Select the year from the “Available tax form years” drop-down list.
- Choose the appropriate reason for reissue in the “Reason for Reissue” section.
- Click “Continue to View/Print”
- Carefully read all instructions and scroll down to the W-2 Form(s) section of the page. If you have multiple W-2s, they will all show here.
- Click the link that says “2017 W-2 form” to view your W-2(s).
- Select the Print icon on the Acrobat Reader’s menu bar to print your W-2.
PEMCO Customers:
- Go to: www.eprintview.com
- Enter Your Login ID: Your ID is your SSN without any dashes
- Enter Your Password: Your password is PEM-, the last four digits of your SSN and the first letter of your first name, capitalized. Example: PEM-1234J
- Enter Your Employer PIN Number: 1859
- Click Login: You will be required to change your password upon the initial login (If you have already logged in, use the password you previously selected.) Follow the instructions on the screen and fill in the information requested.
- Click the W-2 Reissue link on the My Account page.
- Select the year from the “Available tax form years” drop-down list.
- Choose the appropriate reason for reissue in the “Reason for Reissue” section.
- Click “Continue to View/Print”
- Carefully read all instructions and scroll down to the W-2 Form(s) section of the page. If you have multiple W-2s, they will all show here.
- Click the link that says “2017 W-2 form” to view your W-2(s).
- Select the Print icon on the Acrobat Reader’s menu bar to print your W-2.
