Peter Grabowski

Peter Grabowski serves as Chief Advisory Officer. He brings nearly 30 years of corporate financial and public accounting experience, including 10 years of experience with a publicly-traded Professional Employer Organization.
Peter has served as Chief Financial Officer for four different companies in multiple industries, ranging in size from $200m to $600m in revenue. He successfully increased and realized shareholder value through the sale of one business, an initial public offering, and credit refinances.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Fairfield University in Connecticut and a Master’s of Science degree in Taxation from Pace University in New York. Peter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
