Leadership through Partnership
Our belief in valuable partnerships began when we were founded in 1997 by
three friends — Dayne Williams, Bruce Goin, and Ben Hewitt. These market
leaders now work alongside the rest of our executive team, who are all
committed to the success of our clients and partners. This group of industry
veterans uses their knowledge, intelligence, and vision to create
opportunities and achieve results that impact our partners and clients both
immediately and long term.

Dayne is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CoAdvantage Holdings and is responsible for the strategic investments, management, and direction for the entire CoAdvantage family of companies. He founded the company as a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and — recognizing an unmet need among our clients in the marketplace — expanded the business to include insurance broker services and a Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) solution.
Among Dayne’s many accomplishments was the acquisition of a business that later became known as ZeroChaos, a highly successful contingent workforce management company. Most recently, Dayne’s visionary skills led him to the acquisition of four additional companies: NELCO, a well-established and highly respected PEO; PlanSource, a web-based benefits enrollment and administration technology solution; BrokerSource, the leader in broker-deployed benefits administration and employee decision support solutions; and Instant Benefits Network, a leading provider of web-based products and services designed to meet the technology needs of benefits brokers. Dayne’s strategic leadership continues to guide the company as we grow and offer the most comprehensive products and services in our industry.
Notably, Dayne’s leadership gained CoAdvantage the distinction of being recognized as one of Inc. magazine’s Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies for three consecutive years. His experience and insights were also the guiding force behind ZeroChaos’ phenomenal growth and in securing Fortune 500 accounts such as EDS, Bank of America, and IBM.
Prior to founding CoAdvantage, Dayne gained valuable experience when he held several positions with commercial insurance broker McGriff, Seibels, & Williams. Here, he specialized in designing and implementing workers’ compensation programs for large commercial accounts. As Vice President of Sales, he was a recognized leader and senior producer. Dayne also worked as a Sales Account Manager for the Construction Insurance Corporation. His background in sales has been key in CoAdvantage’s many successes.
Dayne earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at Florida State University. He is an active member of the Orlando business community and also serves on the Board of Directors for The First Academy, a K-12 Christ-centered college preparatory school.
Ben is a co-founder and senior executive, leading CoAdvantage’s largest business unit, the Professional Employer Organization (PEO), as President and General Manager.
Throughout his tenure, Ben has restructured and redirected the business, accelerating growth and market penetration while refining business measurements and management systems. He has considerable in-depth experience and expertise, having held numerous management executive positions within CoAdvantage, including responsibility for operations and new client implementation, finance and accounting, business development, and sales. His ability to build relationships, motivate teams, and establish strong client relationships has been a large factor in CoAdvantage’s phenomenal success.
Prior to founding CoAdvantage, Ben held positions in the banking and financial industries. As a Commercial Loan Officer and Vice President with United American Bank, he drove significant business portfolio growth and helped the bank expand its presence in the Central Florida marketplace.
Ben received banking training at SunTrust, which offers one of the country’s leading M.A. programs. Here, he was recognized for his business acumen, leadership, and entrepreneurial strengths. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts at Southern Methodist University and an accounting degree at the Cox School of Business. As a community leader, Ben is involved on a number of boards and is a founding trustee of the Downtown Orlando Foundation.
Bruce is a co-founder and Executive Vice President of CoAdvantage Insurance Solutions (CIS). Under his direction, CIS has experienced significant year-over-year growth rates.
In his tenure with CoAdvantage, Bruce helped develop the strategic positioning that formed some of the basis for the company’s success. For example, due to Bruce’s insights, CoAdvantage has combined human resources outsourcing services with brokerage services so brokers are able to enhance value propositions for their clients with creative solutions that encompass the entire human resources and benefits equation.
Bruce also serves as the head of the risk management team for the Professional Employer Organization (PEO), CoAdvantage’s largest business unit. This allows Bruce the ability to leverage the knowledge and purchasing power of the CoAdvantage internal premiums across the entire CoAdvantage client base. Under Bruce’s direction, CoAdvantage is highly successful in building beneficial relationships with clients, partners, and insurance carriers to maximize benefits for all involved.
Prior to joining CoAdvantage, Bruce worked for commercial insurance broker McGriff, Seibels & Williams. He was also Property Vice President for International Sports Properties, which creates, markets, and manages revenue enhancement programs around sports properties.
Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science at Florida State University.
