John serves as Senior Vice President of Benefit Products for CoAdvantage.

John has nearly 20 years of PEO experience and has also been a licensed insurance agent for 18 years.

Most recently, John served as President of Progressive Employer Insurance Agency and Executive Vice President of Progressive Employer Management Company. His responsibilities spanned employee benefit programs and property and casualty coverage for the company and its clients.

John owned his own insurance practice that specialized in Health and Welfare plans from 2006 through 2011. Prior to 2006, he held various positions with two other PEOs which included ownership, executive leadership and sales leadership. During that time, John managed the assimilation of nine acquired PEO companies, oversaw the reorganization of distressed companies and successfully developed and implemented national sales and marketing strategies.

John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida.
