Our Solution

With CoAdvantage’s online platform and custom-maintained workflows, Fairwinds was able to transition to a completely “paperless” HR function through 24/7 self-service for employees and managers. CoAdvantage also developed a comprehensive benefits strategy. When the new plan rolled out, employee enrollment and orientation time was effectively reduced by 66%.

Fairwinds’ partnership with CoAdvantage has delivered substantive results – by the end of a seven-month period, the efforts had generated an additional 26% in savings above the projected goals for the project.
